Multi-purpose Space in Small Dance Room - Studio A6 Pricing:
Studio A6 room rental for rehearsals, small workshops, classes & meetings under 20 people, Podcast, Multi Media Video Production, Music Recording and Production rentals are available in
weekly 60-minute open sessions. Please Note the Chairs, Tables, Stage Lighting and Sound equipment are
not included in the rental.
Events must Rent all of the studio equipment and payment plans are available upon request. Please Note: For all Workshop class & events, please add an extra $25 per hour for each hour over 20 people in the workshop or class (Workshop rate is $50 for over 20 people & $100 per hour for over 40 people in the class).

Events Insurance not included. You must have your own event insurance to have the event at CEG Studios. Payment plans are available upon request.

Big Recording Studio Room - A7 Pricing:

Some Recording Studio Equipment is included in rental which is only the bluetooth sound system with plug in capabilty as shown on the picture.
Rental of all studio equipment payment plans are available upon request.
IN HOUSE SERVICES:
* Rental of Professional Equipment (House Music System, Music Equipment, etc. - $200* and up!!
* Performing Arts Theme Party - $200 – (Karaoke, Games, Prizes)
* Cleaning person $100.00 fee if you do not clean up well after your party. (Excluded Trash)
* House security required for large events. The in-house service fee is $150.00 for each person.
* If coat room service is necessary, a service fee of $50.00 will be requested.
* In House DJ at your service for $250.00 and up.
* EVENT PLANNER ALSO AVAILABLE.
* All arrangements and requests must be made and scheduled at the time of the signing of the contract.
* Rental of chairs and Tables: 10 Tables, 100 Chairs, 2 Trash cans, 4 Drink Buckets, 12 Food Tray Holders, etc., it can all be available upon request for an extra rental fee of $2 per chair or $4 per table. (All table and chair rentals for events, rental lessee must help with the bringing them down and returning them to and from storage area.)
* Rental space available for Private Parties, Events, Showcases, Auditions, Weddings, Birthdays, Baby Showers, Dance Workshops, Photography, Music Videos, Rehearsals, TV Shows and etc.
*Events Insurance not included. You must have your own event insurance to have any event at CEG Studios. Payment plans are available upon request.
