With nearly 40 years of pageant experience as a contestant, director, and judge, Cristina Elena Guzman uses her expertise to train children, teens, and adults in successful pageantry. A pageant veteran herself, Cristina has participated in numerous pageants such as the USOA, Mrs. America, Miss East Coast, Miss America, Miss Teen USA, and Miss Latina USA competitions, and many more. Cristina Elena Guzman has been competing in numerous pageant talent contests and has appeared in numerous print works, movies, and television shows since she was 4. She was formally Miss Philadelphia in 1999 in the Miss America Scholarship organization and the first Hispanic to hold the title. In 1999, she competed in the Miss Pennsylvania Pageant, the official preliminary to the Miss America Scholarship Organization. She was selected as a Top Ten Semifinalist, winning over $14,000 in educational scholarships. Cristina also won the Overall Community Service Award for her role as a well-known public official for performing arts education in the community and for her strong efforts in promoting her platform - ACE: Arts Cultural Enrichment Programs. The clients she coaches today have won or placed in the top tier all of their pageant competitions. 

Her instruction includes coaching for the individual or panel interview, stage presentation for all areas of competition, and the on-stage question. CEG's team includes a hairstylist, make-up artist, and wardrobe stylist to help you develop your overall pageant look.

CEG Pageant Workshops:

A few times a year, CEG hosts group workshops covering various competition areas, including interviews, onstage presence, walking, posing, turning, microphone use for introduction and on-stage questions, makeup application, and wardrobe consultation.  

Class size is limited to ensure individualized attention and effective coaching. Because our classes are fast-paced, interactive, and intensive, the minimum recommended age for classes is 13 years old. Advanced registration and payment are required to hold your spot. Workshops are held at CEG Studios.
