Rental Details:
Offered in weekly 60-minute open sessions
Chairs, tables, stage lighting, and sound equipment are not included in the base rental
For events, all studio equipment must be rented separately (payment plans available upon request)
Workshop & Class Rates:
Add $30/hour for each hour over 20 participants
$75/hour for workshops with 20–39 people
$100/hour for large workshops with 40+ people

Professional Equipment Rental (House music system, instruments, etc.) – Starting at $300
Performing Arts Theme Party – $300 (Includes karaoke, games, and prizes)
Cleaning Service – $100 -$200 if the space is not properly cleaned after your party (trash removal excluded)
House Security – $150/person (Required for events with 40+ guests)
Coat Room Service – $50
In-House DJ – Starting at $250
Event Planner – $300 + Available upon request
All additional services must be requested and confirmed at the time of contract signing.
10 Tables – $5 each
100 Chairs – $2.50 each
Additional Items: 2 trash cans, 4 drink buckets, 12 food tray holders
For all rentals, lessee must assist in moving tables/chairs to and from storage.
