Rental Pricing

Performing Arts Classes, Video & Music Productions, and Workshops are available in weekly 60-minute sessions.
For private parties, events, shows, music videos, and photography, please contact us directly for pricing.

Event Insurance is required for all events at CEG Studios and is not included in the rental fee. You may provide your own coverage or purchase online. Payment plans are available upon request.

Workshop & Event Rate Adjustments:

Add $50/hour for each session with more than 20 participants.
Rates:
- $100/hour – Workshops with up to 40 people
- $200/hour – Workshops with 41+ people

Single session (every 60 min.)	$60.00 per hour Studio C2
5- hour series block	$300.00 Studio C2
10- hour series block	$600.00 Studio C2
15- hour series block	$900.00 Studio C2
20- hour series block	$1200.00 Studio C2

Rental Pricing for all private parties, events, shows, music videos, photography, etc. please contact us for pricing details and contracts.

Event Insurance

In-House Services

Enhance your event or production with our additional services:

Professional Equipment Rental (House music system, instruments, etc.) – Starting at $250
Performing Arts Theme Party – $250 (Includes karaoke, games, and prizes)
Cleaning Service – $100 if the space is not cleaned after your event (trash removal excluded)
House Security – $150/person (Required for significant events)
Coat Room Service – $50
In-House DJ – Starting at $250
Event Planner – $300+ Available upon request

All additional services must be arranged and confirmed at the time of contract signing.

Tables & Chairs Rental

10 Tables – $5 each
100 Chairs – $2.50 each
Additional Items: 2 trash cans, 4 drink buckets, 12 food tray holders

For table and chair rentals, the lessee must assist in moving them to and from the storage area.
